Welcome to my Villa Amelie website
Villa Amelie is perfectly placed in Paralimni on a small residential estate, making it an ideal holiday property close to the beautiful local sandy beach & little harbour of Ayia Triada, and a short walk to the restaurants, a large supermarket, bus stop, bars & shops including a bakery, hairdressers, pharmacy & greengrocers. Paralimni town centre is divided into 2 areas, new Paralimni & the old quarter. Both have many shops to browse around. There is a beautiful church in the town centre. There is even a small Marks & Spencer.
The resort of Protaras with the famous Fig Tree Bay and golden beaches is a short drive away
Further inland are several typical Cypriot villages to visit including Sotira & Derynia, for a true flavour of Cyprus & its traditions. Not to mention the "ghost town " of Famagusta further up the coast. Details of guided tours are in the villa.
Ayia Napa with its Water Park & many other attractions is a 15 minute drive from the villa.
These are all within 15/20 mins drive from the villa and offer many enjoyable outings.
Larnaka with its marina is 40 minutes drive away.
The capital Nicosia is approx 1 hour away by car and is fabulous for a day out shopping.
You have the benefit of having the perfect base to all these facilities yet you can still relax & enjoy the feeling of your own home from home.
